Meet Françoise. Pierre Andre, Phil and Vincent
Pierre André Camps
Pierre André has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in United Kingdom and France. Most recently, he served as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for a major worldwide insurer.
Pierre André decided in 2015 to change his career path and started a new life orientation with his time spent between professional activities [as Non Executive Director for an international insurer and co-founders of 3Time Project Limited], personal development with many activities including tracking for several months or making a video movie for a Non Governmental association] and its family life.
Pierre André holds an M.B.A. and a master’s degree in Law from the French Sorbonne University.
Françoise has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources consulting, mainly in career transition and mobility challenges.
She began her career as a consultant at Sénanque, a recruitment company in Paris and then set up Harmony & Mobility Consulting, a coaching company in Asia.
Since 2014 she has been located in London as a Career and Executive Coach.
Françoise holds a master’s degree in Management specialising in Human Resources. In 2008, she decided to focus on coaching and participated in different individual and group programmes in Paris and Singapore, accredited by the EMCC and ICF.
Following a career in senior executive sales and marketing roles in the technology industry, Vincent decided to take some time off.
Through the transition he went through himself in 2015, Vincent built new relationships with people that had been on a comparable journey who also had been experiencing a whole new world of opportunities and challenges. Building upon those experiences, Vincent developed an expertise to ensure this transition is possible and successful.
Vincent holds a Master from Dauphine university in Paris, recently lived in London, Milan, Paris, Raleigh, and just established himself in Barcelona.
Phil has worked in insurance for over forty years and achieved senior positions as HR Director for three major insurance Groups. At times he has also had functional leadership responsibilities for areas such as Operations, or IT. He has has been Chief Executive of a General, a Life and a Travel Assistance company within one of the Groups, having also lived and worked in the UK, Australia and Spain. His specialism is in change management and achieving performance improvement
Since retiring in June 2016 he has done some consulting and mentoring as well as enjoyed a lot of travelling.
Phil has a degree (B.A.) in Business Administration and French as well as a Diploma in Industrial Studies (D.I.S.) and passed examinations for a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Insurers( F.C.I.I.). He has also attended C.E.D.E.P. at Fontainebleau.
